Well at this point you don't know who they are, or what they are. You DO know that the blonde human-looking kid is named "Ekrinus." Ekron for short. His mother has given him coins and he says thank you to her and waves good by as she wishes him luck and not to wander to far. You'll understand why as the pages go on. Learn as you go kinda thing lol
